Group Exercise

A wide range of classes are offered to suit a range of basic to more experienced training levels. These include cardio conditioning, strength training, yoga, Zumba and Pilates.

Exercise classes are an enjoyable way to help you achieve your fitness goals. 
  • Group Exercise classes are included in membership.  
  • There are no fees or signups required.
  • New Participants are always welcome.
