Massage Services

 Swedish        30 Min:  $40         One hour:  $60        90 Min:  $90
 If you've never had massage before, this is a good one to try first. Swedish Massage therapy is very gentle and relaxing using long smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on superficial layers of muscle using massage lotion or oil.

Reiki            30 Min:  $40        One hour:  $60
A gentle non-invasive technique designed to help you relax, de-stress, and heal. Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of healing and may be done fully clothed.

Reflexology        30 Min:  $40        
Uses pressure to points on the feet, hands and ears thought to correspond, or "reflex," to all areas of the body.   May be done fully clothed.  Often added on to a one hour massage.

Pregnancy Massage  30 Min:  $45         One hour:  $65
Also called prenatal massage, pregnancy massage is becoming increasingly popular with expectant mothers. Pregnancy massage is used to reduce stress, decrease swelling, relieve aches and pains, and reduce anxiety and depression.
Sports Massage      30 Min:  $45         One hour:  $65        90 Min:  $95
Helps to loosen muscles and increase flexibility.  The focus is on preventing and treating injury and enhancing athletic performance.  

Deep Tissue      30 Min:  $45         One hour:  $65        90 Min:  $95
Releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on contracted areas, Deep tissue massage is used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury.

Massage Therapy is available by appointment for anyone in the community. Active Life Fitness Center membership is not required.  Your appointment time is exclusively yours. Please make an effort to be prompt. If for any reason you will be unable to make your appointment, please provide us with 24- hour notice. Please note that appointment cancellations with under 24 hours notice will incur a charge.
Angela Watkinson
Angela is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist practicing since 2006.  She graduated from the Institute of Health and Healing Academy of Massage Therapy with high honors.  Angela specializes in many types of treatment including Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology and Reiki.  Angela provides Massage Therapy for it's restorative and healing benefits. She enjoys learning and upgrading her skills through continuing education in the health care field.
